The Yuba County Resource Conservation District (YCRCD) recently hired DJ Baker as its Executive Director. Staff from the Sutter County Resource Conservation District also provide part-time assistance with project work and administrative support. In addition, a part-time contractor provides bookkeeping services for YCRCD.
