The Yuba County Resource Conservation District is working with partners such as the Yuba Watershed Protection and Fire Safe Council to develop a booklet about building healthy fire resilient landscapes with a focus on oak woodlands and mixed hardwood and conifer forests. Funding for the design and publication of this booklet is coming partly from a California Department of Conservation Financial Assistance Program grant.
