The Yuba County Resource Conservation District received a CalRecycle Farm and Ranch Solid Waste Cleanup and Abatement Grant in late 2021 for waste cleanup and abatement activities on eight farm properties located in the vicinity of the confluence of the Yuba and Feather Rivers. On=the-ground work is conducted through a contractor while administrative tasks are covered through staff shared on a part-time basis with Sutter County Resource Conservation District. Work is expected to be finished by summer 2022.
